About the Role
The Member role at Sypsys Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to planning, designing, developing, and testing secure web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with colleagues on project requirements.
- Write and review code.
- Document technical work.
- Participate in meetings to ensure alignment with product and security standards.
- Follow established development processes.
- Adhere to best practices in security and quality.
- Support continuous improvement efforts within the team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational knowledge of software development concepts, especially related to secure web and mobile application development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to completing tasks on time.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and security best practices as required by projects.
- Interest or experience in cybersecurity, application performance optimization, or quality assurance is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
