About the Role
- Band: GB01A/B.
- Reporting To: Branch Manager – Collections.
- Branch-based environment involving cash handling and customer-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle collections operations at the branch level.
- Manage cash handling.
- Follow process-driven and tech-driven collection systems.
- Interact with customers for collections.
- Handle customer grievances and perform tele-calling.
- Support branch operations including disbursement initiation and document management.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Open to System based working (Desktop only) and basic tech orientation.
- Intermediate level understanding of MS Office tools and data reporting.
- Hands-on MS Office tools / advanced Excel and data reporting skills at an intermediate level.
Qualifications
- Must be a Graduate in Commerce, Arts, or Science.
- Must be proficient in the local language of their preferred work location.
- A valid UDID Certificate is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong Collections Officer Profile with branch-based operations and cash handling experience.
- Must have experience in branch-based collections involving cash handling and customer-facing interactions.
- Must have an intermediate level understanding of collections processes.
- Must be willing to work office timings from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (with a 2-hour break).
- Office timings for PWD employee: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with (2 hours break in between).
- Preferably resides within 5 Km of the branch location.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the branch and handle cash and customer-facing duties.
- Candidates who use a wheelchair are not eligible for this role.
