About the Role

• This is a full-time, on-site Server role based in the Pune Division.
• The core focus is providing attentive and efficient table service to guests.
• Operations emphasize consistency, attention to detail, and a friendly environment.
• Staff are encouraged to take pride in well-executed service, clear communication, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests.
• Present menus.
• Accurately take orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages.
• Check in with guests and answer questions about the menu.
• Handle payments and receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Reset tables.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with hosting, kitchen, and management teams to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Customer service skills: including active listening, clear communication, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Time management: Ability to manage multiple tables, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial skills: Basic math and cash-handling skills, with accuracy in billing.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Food and beverage service standards: including menu knowledge and proper serving etiquette.
• Commitment to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety practices.
• Team-oriented mindset: Ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Additional local language skills in Pune Division are an advantage.
