Job Title: F&B Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, outlets, and hotel services/features.
- Assist Food & Beverage Outlets in their operations during peak times when needed.
- Be aware of the procedure concerning hotel fire and life safety/emergency procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Hotel Management or Diploma.
- Good communication and customer contact skills.
- Service oriented with an eye for details.
- Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
- A team player & builder.
- A motivator & self-starter.
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
