About the Role

This is an on-site Flutter Developer Intern position at NX One, Noida Extension. This role starts as an internship with the potential for a full-time offer within 3 months based on performance. As an early-stage startup, this role requires high ownership of work.

• Someone who can own features end-to-end in a small, fast-moving tech team.

• Deeply passionate about mobile development.
• Aware of modern developer tooling, including AI tools (like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium) for productivity.
• Strong in clean code, architecture, and project structure.
• Able to make thoughtful decisions around database design, UI design, and code maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Flutter apps with clean, modular architecture.
• Design, implement, and test complex UIs and app workflows.
• Write clean, high-performance, maintainable code.
• Make scalable database structure decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to turn product ideas into reality.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to boost speed and efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure best practices around code quality, performance, and security.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Firebase.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Firestore structure, and real-time databases.
• Experience or demonstrated understanding of Clean Architecture, folder/project structuring.
• Awareness of and experience with AI-assisted developer tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor).
• Ability to take ownership, ship features fast, and iterate with feedback.
• Good understanding of Git and GitHub workflows.
