Qualifications
- Education: Graduate (any stream)
- Age: 20 to 30 years
- Eligibility Criteria: Male/Female candidates
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in banking sales or BPO voice process with sales exposure
- No freshers will be considered.
- No employment gap of more than 6 months.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in BPO voice process with sales targets
- Background in financial products or banking sales
Compensation
- CTC: Up to 4,50,000 per annum (based on interview performance)
- Incentives: Up to 35,000 per month (performance-based)
Work Schedule
- Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Fixed day shift)
