Brooksource, a flagship brand of Eight Eleven Group, provides human capital solutions to the Information Technology industry. The team employs a relationship-based, solution-driven approach with Fortune 500 clients to address their human capital challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Build talent networks by fostering long-lasting, personal, and professional relationships with potential consultants.
• Create a superior hiring experience by sourcing and screening qualified candidates to match them with suitable opportunities.
• Advocate for candidates, remaining accessible, genuine, and understanding how to add value to their job search and interview process.
• Provide value to clients by offering timeline flexibility and rapid identification of top talent.
• Collaborate with the sales team to define client hiring needs.
• Develop strategies to identify niche-skilled candidates.
• Qualify candidates through an intensive internal interview process, including phone, in-person, and virtual interviews, before presenting them to external clients.
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience for optimal placement.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, job offer assistance, and interview feedback to candidates.
• Manage diverse daily activities and adapt to new challenges and ventures.
• Offer extensive onboarding and post-placement support to build strong relationships with consultants throughout their project assignments.
• Consistently meet weekly metric goals for phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set personal and team goals through regular sessions with a manager and recruiter support.
• Perform other job duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company or typical for the position.
