About the Role
- Role: Content Analyst
- Department: Exchange Traded Instruments (ETI)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day business operations.
- Respond to data queries from both internal and external clients.
- Deliver UATs as assigned against critical projects.
- Deliver high productivity and quality data.
- Process and maintain data accurately and on time onto databases using technical and financial knowledge.
- Communicate & liaise with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries.
- Improve efficiencies in work practices by implementing automation where possible.
- Support specific projects, as assigned by the manager.
- Proactively identify and resolve data problems.
- Maximize usage of available tools/support to best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excel
- SQL
- Good Financial Market Knowledge
- Good oral and written communication
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
- Adaptability to changing needs and requirements.
- Team player, able to work with others and with different personalities and groups.
- Solid knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets.
- Candidate should be open to work in shifts.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate preferably in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or any other equivalent experience.
