About the Role
The Owner role is a full-time hybrid position based in Delhi, India, with some flexibility for work from home. The owner oversees overall business operations, strategic planning, and growth initiatives for the Non-IT recruitment and job portal platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing key client relationships
- Setting recruitment and sales targets
- Monitoring performance metrics
- Guiding teams in business development, operations, and customer support
- Evaluating and improving recruitment processes
- Ensuring high-quality candidate and employer experiences
- Identifying new market opportunities
- Handling budgeting, compliance, and long-term planning to drive sustainable expansion and brand positioning
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Digital platforms
- Online job portals
- Basic digital marketing concepts
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR services (ideally within Non-IT domains such as BPO, sales, and customer service)
- Business development, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Strategic planning, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Hindi and other regional languages is an advantage
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Delhi, India
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, HR, or a related field
- An advanced degree or entrepreneurial experience is highly beneficial
