About the Role
A full-time, remote position responsible for leading the overall strategic direction, operations, and performance of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and communicate the company vision.
- Define strategic priorities and ensure alignment across all functions.
- Oversee financial and operational performance.
- Guide senior leaders.
- Make data-informed decisions to drive growth and efficiency.
- Represent the company with key partners and stakeholders.
- Maintain strong governance and compliance standards.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and ethical conduct.
- Regularly review organizational structures, processes, and risk management practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Customer Service orientation
- Solid Accounting and financial management skills
- Proven executive leadership experience, preferably in a multi-unit or services-based organization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans and manage organizational change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading remote or distributed teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is beneficial.
- High level of integrity, ethical judgment, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive leadership.
