About the Role
We are hiring an entry-level Intake Specialist to support daily digital operations and client onboarding workflows. This non-voice role focuses on receiving incoming registration details, verifying standard documentation, and updating internal system records.
Job Type: Part-Time / Contract (Flexible Hours)
Location: 100% Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Process and log incoming client intake submissions using internal software.
- Verify standard documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Update workflow records and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
