The Member role at Chanel is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role supports daily boutique and office operations, ensuring an elevated client experience that reflects Chanel’s standards and values. Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort with basic digital tools and systems used for retail, administration, or client management.

Qualifications

• Strong client service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create welcoming, luxury experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Organizational and coordination abilities, with attention to detail in managing daily tasks and supporting store or office operations.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in diverse teams, showing respect, adaptability, and reliability.
• Prior experience in luxury, retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Commitment to Chanel’s values of craftsmanship, creativity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Hyderabad, including flexibility for schedules aligned with business needs.
