As a Client Servicing Executive, you will manage relationships with skincare, beauty, and wellness brands, ensuring their marketing goals are met effectively. You will act as a problem solver, coordinate internally with teams, and maintain healthy business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client briefs and business objectives thoroughly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and address their requirements proactively.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure client satisfaction while supporting revenue growth and healthy P&L.
• Track deliverables, campaign progress, and performance reports.
