Job Title: Clinical Research Associate
About the Role

Key Responsibilities (On-Site Work)
- Assist with day-to-day on-site coordination of clinical trial activities across partner facilities.
- Maintain essential investigator site files (ISFs), regulatory papers, and case report forms (CRFs) with precision.
- Support investigators in ensuring strict adherence to ICH-GCP, ethical guidelines, and trial protocols.
- Assist with patient coordination and on-site operational logistics.
- Actively participate in team reviews, clinical audits, and specialized operational training.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- On-Site Work required.
- Working knowledge of ICH-GCP is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Education: Completed or currently pursuing B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Nursing, or related healthcare fields.
- Core Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- High organizational aptitude.
- Genuine eagerness to learn clinical operations on the ground.
