About The Nail Art School
The Nail Art School (TNAS) is a professional nail art training academy dedicated to helping aspiring nail artists build successful careers in the beauty industry. We are looking for a confident, energetic, responsible, and result-oriented Academy Manager & Student Counsellor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Counselling & Admissions
- Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Explain nail art courses, fees, batches, and career opportunities to prospective students.
- Counsel students based on their interests and career goals.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Follow up regularly with interested students.
- Maintain accurate enquiry and admission records.
- Academy Management
- Manage daily academy operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with trainers regarding class schedules, batches, and student attendance.
- Ensure smooth communication between students, trainers, and management.
- Maintain a professional, organised, and welcoming academy environment.
- Resolve student queries and coordinate day-to-day activities.
- Sales & Lead Management
- Manage leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and other marketing channels.
- Make regular follow-up calls and WhatsApp communications.
- Work towards monthly admission and enrolment targets.
- Maintain daily and weekly enquiry, follow-up, and conversion reports.
- Suggest ideas to improve student admissions and overall academy performance.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and convincing skills.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and computers.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in student counselling, admissions, sales, or academy management preferred.
- Experience in the beauty, salon, education, or training industry will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and counselling skills may also apply.
