Customer Service Representative, Full or Part Time

About the Role

Join Circle K as a Customer Service Representative, a full or part-time position offering flexible scheduling (Days, Evenings, Overnights + Weekends).

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers
• Run the register and cashier
• Make purchase suggestions
• Work with the food program
• Maintain store appearance (inside and out)
• Provide fast and friendly service
• Interact with many customers daily
• Accomplish daily tasks around the store
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Retail experience
• Customer service experience
• Sales associate experience
• Cashiering experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in your career
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands (requiring eye-hand coordination)
• May require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
