Role Overview

As a Lobby Services Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and patients, providing exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and directing them to their destinations. Your role is vital in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for everyone who enters our facility, contributing to the overall patient and visitor satisfaction at Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital.

What You Will Do

• Greet and assist customers by providing information and ensuring they reach their proper destinations.
• Monitor and direct driveway traffic to maintain a smooth flow of vehicles.
• Provide general customer relations assistance at lobby entrances.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times.
• Use customer-friendly demeanor and etiquette to enhance the visitor experience.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Six months of related customer service experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand oral and written instructions.
• Proficiency with using a computer, including Microsoft Word and email.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• A valid, unrestricted, and insurable Michigan Driver's License in good standing (three or fewer points).
