- Data entry
- Data reconciliation
- Prep work for capture
- Manage flow of local capture, branch capture and remote deposit capture files
- Create and transmit ECL and POD extract files
- Proof encoding
- Cripple statement repair
- Basic adjustment request creation
- Basic item research
- Manual statement rendering
- Bundle cash letters
- Other related duties assigned as needed
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand, apply, and explain technical and business concepts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- High attention to detail, particularly in data mapping and validation activities
