Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, strong attention to detail, and an interest in creating engaging visual content for digital platforms. This is a great opportunity for a fresher or early-career designer looking to build hands-on experience while working on real-world branding, social media, marketing, and digital design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics and visual content for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Design social media posts, banners, creatives, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visual communication.
• Develop creative concepts and design variations based on campaign requirements.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets.
• Stay updated with current design trends and digital content styles.
• Make revisions based on feedback and deliver designs within deadlines.
• Maintain organized design files and reusable creative assets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0–2 years of experience in graphic designing; freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome.
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of social media design formats and digital creatives.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics.
• Experience designing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media creatives.
• Knowledge of Figma.
• Understanding of current social media trends and visual content formats.

Education

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
