About the Role
Recollia is seeking a rare individual who bridges product marketing and AI engineering to build a marketing team powered by agents. This role starts as an internship with a stipend and performance-based incentives, with the potential to evolve into a founding role with equity. The objective is to establish Recollia as the leading AI provider for medical students, powered by an automated marketing system.
The Strategy You'll Own
- Positioning: Define Recollia's market position against established medical education apps and general AI chatbots, articulating key differentiators.
- Audience Understanding: Deeply understand medical students' fears, search behaviors, and trusted sources across different years, exams, and cities.
- Messaging and Brand: Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging, leveraging the mascot, Mnemo.
- Launches: Ensure every feature launch is accompanied by a compelling narrative.
- Go-to-Market: Strategize market entry in healthcare and AI sectors, targeting colleges, student communities, doctors, creators, and identifying untapped channels.
The CMO Agent You'll Build
A system of AI agents, directed by you, to execute marketing strategy:
- Market Intelligence Agent: Monitors competitors, reviews, forums, and search trends.
- Positioning and Messaging Agent: Translates insights into marketing angles, claims, and copy, aligned with brand guidelines.
- Launch Agent: Manages the entire launch process from release notes to marketing collateral.
- Content Briefs: Generates briefs for a media engine to produce carousels and videos.
- Growth Agent: Analyzes data from tools like PostHog to propose experiments and report results.
- CMO Agent: Oversees weekly planning, task assignment, output review, and escalates issues requiring human input.
- Guardrails: Ensures all medical claims are sourced and verified by doctors.
