About the Role
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system integration projects, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Analyze end-to-end integration processes, system dependencies, data flows, and interfaces between internal applications and third-party systems.
- Define and document functional requirements, integration specifications, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare source-to-target data mapping documents, data transformation rules, field-level mappings, and validation requirements.
- Maintain business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, interface documentation, and requirement traceability matrices.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of integration solutions that meet functional and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and integration teams to clarify requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scenario preparation, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
- Identify integration gaps, risks, dependencies, and data discrepancies, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues.
