About the Role
Seeking a hands-on and customer-focused Service Engineer to handle the installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of equipment such as DG, GENSET, Transformer, Compressor, Load Bank, at client sites across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on-site or coordinate for workshop servicing.
- Provide timely service support to clients to minimize equipment downtime.
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain records of site visits.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company protocols during all service activities.
- Train customer personnel on basic troubleshooting and equipment handling.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations team for spares, tools, and service updates.
- Respond to emergency service calls as per the need.
- Servicing industrial equipment: DG, Transformer, Load Bank.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for on-site support.
- Good communication and customer interaction skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for report preparation and email communication.
