About the Role
404ThreadMedia is a digital media company specializing in high-quality YouTube content. We are looking for a full-time AI Content & Video Production Specialist to manage the YouTube content creation process using Claude Code and other AI tools. This role involves researching, ideation, outlining, scriptwriting, sourcing material, and producing complete YouTube videos. You will utilize existing systems, scripts, and production workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Research YouTube niches, competitors, topics, and potential video ideas.
- Gather reliable sources and organize information for videos.
- Use Claude Code and existing systems to develop detailed video outlines.
- Write and improve scripts, ensuring content adheres to formats and quality standards.
- Work on video production using existing automation tools, scripts, and project files.
- Run production workflows, render videos, troubleshoot errors, and implement improvements.
- Assist with thumbnail research, thumbnail creation, and developing new content formats (depending on abilities).
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Powerful computer capable of demanding content production and video rendering.
- Minimum 32 GB RAM, preferably 64 GB.
- Modern, high-performance CPU (e.g., Intel Core i7/i9, AMD Ryzen 7/9, or equivalent).
- Dedicated GPU, preferably NVIDIA RTX with at least 8 GB VRAM, or equivalent.
- Fast SSD storage.
- Stable internet connection.
- System capable of handling multiple applications, automation tools, and video rendering efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience using Claude Code or similar AI coding tools.
- Comfort working with technical software and using AI tools effectively.
- Ability to follow instructions, research information, and learn new workflows quickly.
- Strong English comprehension.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good computer knowledge and comfort troubleshooting technical issues.
- Experience with FFmpeg, Python, Remotion, JavaScript, video editing, or automation is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Prior professional experience in scriptwriting, outlining, or YouTube research is not required.
