Shift: US Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)
Salary: ₹21,000 per month
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to start a career in international recruitment and gain experience working with the US industry as a US Healthcare Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified healthcare professionals across the United States.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
- Communicate with candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment updates in the database.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English speaking and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
