About the Role

As an IT Specialist at Solideal Investment, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure at the location. This is a full-time, on-site position in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of networks and systems
• Monitoring of IT security
• Analysis and resolution of hardware and software issues
• Support internal users with IT support
• Document incidents
• Close collaboration with other departments to implement technical requirements

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Solid knowledge in Information Technology
• Experience in administration of networks and servers
• Skills in network administration and network security, including configuration, monitoring, and securing networks
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems
• Ability to analyze and efficiently resolve disruptions in a structured manner
• Strong competencies in customer service and user support
• Ability to communicate technical matters clearly

Qualifications

• Beneficial: A relevant degree or comparable IT education
• Beneficial: Experience with common operating systems (Windows, Linux)
• Beneficial: Experience with virtualization
• Beneficial: Experience with cloud services
• Beneficial: Good English skills
