About the Role
The Admissions Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, from initial inquiries to enrollment. This is an on-site role based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing detailed information about the institution's programs.
- Conducting consultations and interviews.
- Answering inquiries.
- Ensuring a seamless admission experience.
- Collaborating with internal teams.
- Executing outreach initiatives.
- Maintaining positive relationships with potential applicants.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Effective Communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Customer Service and Sales skills to provide support and address inquiries.
- Familiarity with the Education industry and admission processes.
- Understanding of diverse cultural perspectives and the ability to work in a global environment.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service is a plus.
