Valet Driver

About the Role

The Valet Driver at Hotel Oleander Restaurant is responsible for providing safe, professional, and courteous driving and valet parking services to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional valet services.
• Receive, park, secure, and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Drive guest vehicles carefully while following all traffic and safety regulations.
• Maintain proper records of vehicles received and returned.
• Handle vehicle keys securely and maintain key control procedures.
• Assist guests with luggage and other reasonable requirements when required.
• Inspect vehicles for visible damage before parking and report any concerns.
• Ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas and remain secure.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the valet area.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
• Provide directions and basic information to guests when required.
• Report accidents, vehicle damage, guest complaints, or other incidents immediately.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional behaviour at all times.
• Follow hotel/company policies, SOPs, and health & safety standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• English or Hindi communication skills are required.
• Additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
• Candidates from North Eastern region, Meghalaya, Assam, Punjab or eastern sides are preferable.
• Female candidates are most welcome.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
