Location: Near Howrah Maidan Metro Station (In-office / Full-time)

Salary: Up to ₹2,00,000 P.A. (Based on experience & qualifications)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns to catch quality leads, engage with prospective clients, convert leads, and seamlessly transfer qualified opportunities to our sales/business team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Paid Ads) to catch high-quality leads.
• Lead Qualification & Conversion: Engage with incoming leads, understand their requirements, convert prospective leads, and ensure smooth onboarding/handoff.
• Lead Transfer: Efficiently coordinate with internal teams to transfer qualified leads for closure.
• Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze lead sources, tracking performance metrics to maximize ROI.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle lead nurturing and conversion workflows.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
