About the Role

Aleafiaa Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is seeking an energetic, organised, and proactive Admin & HR Intern to support day-to-day Human Resources and administrative operations. This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates beginning their careers who want practical exposure to HR operations, employee management, recruitment, documentation, MIS, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave records, and other HR-related documentation.
• Assist with employee joining formalities, onboarding, and personnel documentation.
• Support recruitment activities, including CV screening, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
• Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with employees and managers for required information, documents, and reports.
• Support preparation of attendance and other inputs required for payroll processing.
• Maintain employee reimbursement and expense records.
• Assist in maintaining HR, payroll, and sales-force MIS reports.
• Help track pending tasks, documents, and employee submissions and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist in preparing letters, reports, spreadsheets, and internal documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Support management in routine administrative and operational activities.
• Identify day-to-day operational issues and help find practical and timely solutions.
• Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned from time to time.
