About the Role

The HR & Operation Intern at Cybervie-Cyber Security Services is a remote internship that supports day-to-day human resources and operational activities. This role offers exposure to HR operations in a cybersecurity environment, with opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and develop practical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining employee records.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Schedule interviews.
• Support recruitment logistics.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and benefits-related queries under supervision.
• Help with basic operational tasks such as organizing internal communications.
• Prepare reports.
• Contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management, with an interest in HR operations and employee support.
• Ability to assist with HR Management tasks, including maintaining records and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, or willingness to learn and apply organizational guidelines consistently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with professional email and document etiquette.
• Proficiency with common office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, presentations) and comfort working in a remote environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in the cybersecurity sector and willingness to learn about industry practices and organizational operations.
