About the Role
As a Junior Sales Assistant, you will support the sales team in acquiring and managing clients for the agency's services in Digital Marketing, CGI, AI solutions, and Social Media.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing inquiries.
- Preparing quotes and presentations.
- Maintaining customer data.
- Coordinating appointments and follow-ups.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing and production team to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, confident interpersonal abilities, and a professional, friendly demeanor in direct client contact.
- Customer Service & Sales: Initial experience or interest in customer service and sales, ability for needs-based consultation, and building long-term customer relationships.
- Organization & Work Structure: Good organizational skills, meticulous documentation of activities, structured appointment planning, and reliable time management.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Completed commercial or comparable training is an advantage.
- Good English language skills.
- Proficient in Office software and CRM systems.
- Interest in Digital Marketing, Social Media, and new technologies (CGI, AI).
The position is full-time and located in the Greater Chennai Area.
The role requires a structured, service-oriented approach in an international environment.
