Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads, maintain and update discharge patient database in coordination with Apollo hospitals, and meet patients in person for lead conversion.
- Manage admissions/enrolments of patients for homecare services.
- Handle customer/patient queries related to ongoing services.
- Maintain cordial relations with patient attendants/family.
- Coordinate with nursing and operations functions.
- Undertake other related jobs as assigned.
