About the Founder

Sagar Dodeja is a former Indian Engineering Services (IES) officer, IIT Bombay alumnus, TEDx speaker, educator, and entrepreneur with over a decade of teaching and mentoring experience.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a resourceful, organized, and proactive Founder's Associate to support the founder's daily work, coordinate people, manage follow-ups, support business initiatives, and help turn ideas into action.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the founder: Coordinate schedules, meetings, priorities, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate the team: Work with editors, designers, and other team members to manage deadlines and clarify requirements.
• Support business relationships: Handle brand inquiries, collaboration follow-ups, and professional communication.
• Manage social media coordination: Organize content schedules and coordinate uploads.
• Use research and AI: Research topics, summarize information, and use AI tools.
• Support hiring and new initiatives: Assist with recruitment, learning programs, digital products, and other business projects.
• Coordinate events and travel: Accompany the founder or represent the team at events, meetups, and content shoots.
• Provide occasional content support: Help with simple mobile reel edits, captions, and quick uploads.
• Solve problems: Identify issues, suggest solutions, and follow through.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn unfamiliar tools and handle professional interactions.
• Interest in finance, business, social media, education, or entrepreneurship is helpful.
• Key personal attributes: Curiosity, reliability, sound judgment, and initiative.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus, but candidates new to social media and AI can apply if they demonstrate strong communication and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Candidates new to social media and AI will receive three months of training while working.

Compensation

• Monthly salary: ₹50,000–₹75,000 (negotiable based on experience, skills, and suitability).
• For candidates new to social media and AI:
• Three months of training with a monthly salary of ₹35,000.
• After training, salary will adjust to ₹50,000–₹75,000 based on skills and performance.
• No training fee is charged.

Work Arrangement

• Location: Saket / Neb Sarai, New Delhi.
• Employment: Full-time, approximately eight working hours per day.
• Setup: Hybrid (remote and office days).
• Travel: Required for work-related events, meetups, and content shoots, including outside Delhi.
