Sales Associate

About the Role

Lenskart is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and sales-driven individuals to join as Sales Associates. This role focuses on assisting customers with eyewear selection, driving store sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
• Recommend suitable spectacles, sunglasses, contact lenses, and other eyewear products.
• Drive sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and lens options to customers.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries effectively.
• Focus on upselling and cross-selling to increase store revenue.
• Assist customers with frame selection and product demonstrations.
• Maintain product displays, store hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.
• Support daily store operations, billing, and POS activities.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store functioning.
• Follow Lenskart SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Assist customers with order updates and after-sales services.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Retail sales or customer service experience.
• Graduate preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a team and fast-paced retail environment.
• Interest in fashion, eyewear, and customer service.

Additional Notes:

• Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.
• Immediate joiners will be given first preference.
• Local candidates of Gurugram are preferred.

Compensation

• Salary: 3-3.25 LPA + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives (depending on experience and interview performance).
