About the Role
Aemoria Events & Experience is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join their event management team in Bengaluru.
- Location: Hebbal Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru
- Employment Type: Full-time | Work from Office
- Joining: Immediate
- Salary: ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
- Applications preferred only from Bangalore, KA
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients.
- Explain Event Venue AI’s event management services and respond to inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain client information and follow up on prospects.
- Build positive relationships with potential customers.
- Support the team in managing inquiries and maintaining client communication.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is essential.
- Good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling customer calls and follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
