Role: Human Resource Intern
About the Role
The Enterprise World is looking for a Human Resource Intern to join their team to learn, contribute, and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, job postings & interview scheduling.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support training sessions and company events.
- Contribute to employee engagement & development initiatives.
- Assist in handling employee queries and requests.
- Support employer branding and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in managing employer review platforms.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR or a related field.
- Strong communication & organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the HR team.
