About the Role
Union Living is seeking two enthusiastic Architecture / Interior Design candidates to support ongoing projects in Pune. This part-time/internship role involves assisting with interior planning, design development, drawings, and on-site project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D layouts, floor plans, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist in creating 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp or similar tools.
- Support interior design and space planning for residential and co-living spaces.
- Assist with material selection, mood boards, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and on-site documentation.
- Support project execution and design revisions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Mandatory working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with SketchUp or similar tools.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Basic knowledge of 2D and 3D drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Hands-on experience with live residential and fit-out projects, exposure to design execution and project management, and practical industry experience and mentorship will be gained.
