About the Role
- Handle inbound international customer calls and chats.
- Understand customer needs, ask the right questions, and resolve issues.
- Greet customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and update the call tracking system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets (KPIs).
- Handle complex queries independently and escalate when needed.
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Minimum 6 months experience in International BPO voice or chat process.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good computer navigation skills.
- Strong problem-solving, probing, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work night rotational shifts.
