About the Role
The Management Trainee, Pathfinder Global Initiative is part of LESSO's flagship program to cultivate future international leaders. This role involves training in China and upon completion, returning to San Francisco, CA to serve as a sales manager.
Key Responsibilities
- To be trained in China for six weeks under the Pathfinder Global Initiative.
- Upon graduation from the program, return to San Francisco, CA to be our sales manager.
- Leverage the Group’s resources to develop local business in San Francisco, CA.
- Potentially lead LESSO’s operations in San Francisco, CA and manage a local team of 10.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficient in Chinese.
- Familiar with a metropolitan area in the US (San Francisco, CA), preferably holding a degree from a university in this area.
- Eagerness to learn, capable of mastering the LESSO products in a short period of time.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Potential to lead LESSO’s operations.
- Potential to manage a local team of 10.
