About the Role
Mad About Wellness is seeking a proactive, creative, and data-driven Social Media & Content Distribution Executive to enhance its presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The role emphasizes distributing short-form and long-form video content to increase organic reach, improve audience engagement, and drive follower and subscriber growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Publish and distribute Reels, Shorts, and long-form videos across social media platforms.
- Execute organic content distribution via WhatsApp, Telegram, Pinterest, Reddit, Facebook Groups, and relevant online communities.
- Adhere to platform-specific content distribution SOPs and publishing schedules.
- Identify communities and opportunities to expand content reach.
- Monitor video views, watch time, retention, engagement, and follower growth.
- Maintain daily performance trackers and prepare periodic reports using Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with content and creative teams to improve content performance.
- Support paid campaign execution and performance tracking.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms and content formats.
- Familiarity with social media management and content distribution.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in social media growth and performance metrics.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing is an advantage.
