Principal .Net Fullstack Developer

About the Role

Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company providing analytical testing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage designated technology application portfolio (configuration, maintenance, monitoring, reengineering, enhancements, upgrades).
• Provide analysis, architectural design, and leadership on projects of varying complexity (small, medium, large).
• Work within defined IT processes and procedures, including the company’s internal software development life cycle methodology (SDLC).
• Serve as liaisons between technical and business departments to ensure requirements and targets are met.
• Work under supervision with latitude for independent judgment.
• Consult with senior peers on projects.
• Apply application management and administration skills.
• Participate in 24x7 On Call rotation supporting break/fix ticket resolution.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to peers.
• Represent the department and organization favorably.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience with .NET Framework for application & system development and management.
• Database experience.
• Experience using and applying System Development Lifecycle Methodologies.
• Proven experience leading tasks or projects related to software implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or equivalent experience and training.

Preferred Experience

• SQL Server or Oracle.
• Leading projects, developing, and administrating:
• Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS): STARLiMS, Harvest, Copia.
• Specimen Management Systems.
• Lab Instrument Interfaces connecting instruments to LIMS.
• Working knowledge of HL7 standard and coding.
• Knowledge of testing laboratory operations and processes.
• Corepoint.
• Developing and administrating ERP and CRM systems: GreatPlains, SalesForce, Carevoyant.
• High level of proficiency with PC based software programs, including project management tools like MS Project.
