Full Stack Intern

About the Role

The Full Stack Intern will support the development and maintenance of web applications, working on both front-end and back-end tasks in a collaborative environment. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing clean, efficient code.
• Debugging and testing features.
• Integrating APIs.
• Assisting in deploying updates to staging and production environments.
• Working closely with senior engineers to understand requirements.
• Participating in code reviews.
• Documenting technical work.
• Contributing to improving application performance and user experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Exposure to modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Basic back-end development experience using languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL), including designing simple schemas, writing queries, and handling data integration.
• Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices such as code reviews and branching workflows.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow coding standards, and document technical work clearly and accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with openness to feedback and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and basic understanding of deployment pipelines is a plus.
• Interest in HR tech, training platforms, or business productivity solutions will be considered an advantage.
