About the Role
- Responsible for listening and precisely interpreting communication between customers/clients speaking two different languages (e.g., English & Urdu).
- Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization.
- Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates.
- Energetic with a positive approach towards issues handling.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bilingual Speaking (e.g., English & Urdu).
- Command over language with good understanding skills.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good listening skills.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, major night shifts (5 days per week & 2 days off).
Qualifications
- Fresher with good proficiency in speaking Urdu and English Language.
- Candidates with certification in Urdu Language, Urdu Language trainers, Urdu Language Associate, or Customer Support Urdu Language will be given high preference.
