About the Role
echoVME Digital is a 15+ year old, full-service digital marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post job descriptions on multiple job boards to attract top talent.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, and Zoho Recruit to source candidates effectively.
- Manage the onboarding process and ensure proper documentation for new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and job openings.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and provide timely feedback.
- Assist in the development of employee engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to enhance sourcing strategies.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, and Zoho Recruit.
Qualifications
- Any undergraduate degree is a must.
- A master’s degree in HR is preferred.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- A people-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Freshers to 6 months of experience only.
