Accounting & Bookkeeping Internship

About the Role

Consumer Culture Network is seeking an organized and trustworthy Accounting & Bookkeeping Intern to support accurate financial operations across its businesses. This remote, part-time opportunity is designed for a B.Com, M.Com or BBA student or recent graduate, or a CA Inter or CMA student.

Key Responsibilities

• Record transactions from multiple bank accounts, cards and payment gateways in Zoho Books.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements and investigate unexplained entries.
• Match Razorpay, Shopify and marketplace payouts against orders and bank credits.
• Prepare monthly profit and loss statements for each business with concise revenue and expense summaries.
• Record and categorize Meta, Google and other business expenses.
• Prepare sales invoices and match purchase invoices with GSTR-2B.
• Record international payments and receipts using the correct conversion rates.
• Coordinate with the company CA on tax planning and filing activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com or BBA, or pursuing CA Inter or CMA.
• Basic understanding of accounting, GST and bank reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally or Excel/Google Sheets.
• Availability for approximately 10 hours per month and ability to meet monthly deadlines.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential financial data.
• Women starting or restarting their careers are encouraged to apply.

This is a remote, part-time internship with a monthly stipend of ₹3,000–₹5,000. Successful interns will receive a certificate and letter of recommendation, with flexible hours to support consistent delivery.
