About the Role
Magnatek Enterprises is hiring an Assistant Production Supervisor for their Bala Nagar location.
Key Responsibilities
- Track output and manage production schedules.
- Address operational issues.
- Oversee line operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Maintain documentation.
- Facilitate communication between production, quality, and maintenance teams.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Supervisory Skills to guide production teams, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
- Ability to manage Production Schedules and coordinate Production Planning.
- Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report production status clearly.
- Production Management capabilities, including understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety practices.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Advantageous: Experience in manufacturing or medical device production, especially in a supervisory or lead role.
