Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Operations Intern – Talent Sourcer to support our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying potential interviewers for various roles, leveraging professional platforms, and ensuring a smooth interviewers pipeline for the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Interviewers Sourcing:
- Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and other professional platforms to identify potential interviewers.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of interviewers across various industries and roles.
- Screening and Shortlisting:
- Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate interviewers' fit for specific roles.
- Shortlist interviewers based on qualifications, experience, and requirements.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain an organized database of potential interviewers, ensuring regular follow-ups.
- Track and report sourcing activities and results.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the Operations team to understand hiring needs and priorities of clients.
- Provide support in sourcing right interviewers.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, boolean search, etc.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous exposure to recruitment OR operations is a plus.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Recruitment, placement cell, etc. along with strong communication skills are ESSENTIAL.
- This is not a core talent acquisition role.

- PPO: Performance based PPO
- Stipend: 10k/- per month + best performers get bonus of 1k per month
