About the Role
Sayba Spaces is a Mumbai-based real estate development organisation committed to delivering thoughtfully planned residential and commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling procurement of all materials (steel, cement, concrete, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, elevators, doors, windows, etc.) required for construction of residential/commercial buildings
- Floating enquiries to vendors, making comparatives, negotiation with vendors
- Preparing purchase orders, issuing purchase orders to vendors, following up with vendors for timely delivery of material and bill submission with all required documents
- Checking physical stock at site, if required
- Preparing MIS reports
- Maintain the supplier’s quotation records
- Development of new vendors & suppliers
- Develop an active process for measuring supply inventory and determining purchasing needs
- Check bills against the GRN Report and ensure timely supplier payments
- Stay up to date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing arrangements with vendors
- Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
Requirements & Tech Stack
- MS Office proficiency
- ERP proficiency
Qualifications
- Experience of working with a Real Estate Developer in Mumbai / MMR
- Knowledge of materials & services required for construction of a high-rise residential building/complex
- Excellent IT skills
- Communication and interpersonal abilities
- ERP Usage - SAP / Farvison
