About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Associate – Management Consulting to join a leading global management consulting organisation. The selected candidate will work closely with senior consultants and client leadership teams to address complex business challenges, develop growth strategies, and drive business transformation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact consulting engagements across multiple industries and business functions, contributing to strategic decision-making and organisational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on strategic consulting engagements across various industries and business functions.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive benchmarking, and financial analysis.
- Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and solve complex business problems.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and communicate actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives and business transformation programmes.
- Work closely with client leadership to understand business challenges and recommend effective solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or related functions.
- MBA from a reputed/leading business school preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong structured thinking and business problem-solving approach.
Good-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing management consulting environments.
- Exposure to strategic transformation and business advisory engagements.
- Experience in developing business cases and strategic implementation plans.

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Annual Compensation + Performance Bonus: 20–40% of fixed compensation.
