About the Role

The MBA Intern role at Posspole is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The intern will support market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment across Posspole’s focus sectors to inform product and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment across Posspole’s focus sectors.
• Analyze financial and operational data.
• Prepare business cases.
• Support go-to-market and partnership initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations for leadership and ecosystem partners.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Document learnings.
• Assist in the design of scalable frameworks for talent, market access, and funding.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or equivalent postgraduate business program.
• Interest in innovation, product development, or venture ecosystems.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to take initiative and ownership of assigned projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong analytical and research abilities, including market research, data interpretation, and competitive landscape assessment.
• Business and strategy skills such as financial analysis, business model evaluation, and preparation of business plans or investment decks.
• Communication and collaboration capabilities, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with innovation-led sectors (e.g., Defence, Aerospace, Space, Mobility, Healthcare, Telecom, Energy, Fashion) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in standard business tools and software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, collaboration platforms).
